This is a doctor-approved, evidence-based 3-month exercise program for Post-Surgery Core & Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation following a C-section, hernia repair, or abdominal surgery. This program is progressive, and designed to safely rebuild deep core strength, pelvic stability, and abdominal function while respecting the natural healing process. Considerations & Progression If pain increases, reduce intensity or take extra rest days. By Week 12, consider progressing to full-body functional strength training with focus on core stability. Listen to your body—this is a gradual recovery process.
